Open Gable Roof

This is one of our most recent porches.  We collaborated with the homeowners on a functional design that gave them the space they wanted while not taking up too much yard space.  This picture represents what is included in our normal pricing.  The ceiling is vaulted and trimmed out with tongue and groove and stained to match the floor.  (Porch dimensions 16' x 18', side deck dimensions 12' x 16')

This porch has many upgrades and litterally spans the whole back side of the house.  It features a side deck with a sitting area.  The sitting area consists a pergola, two planters, a bench seat and a privacy wall.  Other upgrades include 4' x 4' skylights, painted railing/framing, lattice, rope lighting, extra GFCI receptacles, removable oversize screen panels, and more.  (Porch dimensions 12' x 20', side deck dimensions 12' x 20', lower deck dimensions 6' x 20')

Metal balusters, 6x6 posts, open gables, premium decking (screw installation), painted railing, deck stain, copper post caps are all included in our standard pricing.  It took us 10 days to completely finish this project!  We also painted the entire house at the homeowners' request. (Porch dimensions 14' x 25', side deck dimensions 6' x 12')

This screen porch took 8 days to complete from start to finish.  It features vaulted bead board ceilings with an open gable that lets in more air and light.  Not to mention the great view.  The screen panels were made with superscreen material that is 10 times stronger than other porch builders' standard screen!  (Porch dimensions 12' x 20', side deck dimensions 10' x 14')

This project turned out great! The posts and railing were painted to match the house trim.  The bead board on the ceiling was painted to match the siding color.  Add-on options included 4' x 4' skylights, can lights, ambient rope lighting concealed behind crown moulding, painted railing and extra GFCI outlets on the outer porch posts.(Porch dimensions 12' x 20', side deck dimensions 8' x 14')

Working around existing landscaping requires finesse.  No plants were harmed in the making of this screen porch.  (Porch dimensions 15' x 16')

We can make the whole back side of your house usable space!  This project was built in time for Christmas.  (Porch dimensions 14' x 20', side deck dimensions 12' x 25')

This roof was designed to avoid an existing window.  Other contractors quoted a shed roof, which would not have worked.  (Dimensions 12' x 25', side deck flared from 12' to a 4' walkway)

This project had a challenging goal of building a gable roof in the desired location.  Two windows were directly above and there was an existing gable roof to the side of the new porch location.  Other contractors said that a gable roof could not be built here.  We not only built one, but gave them the maximum amount of roof pitch possible!  (Porch dimensions 12' x 15')

Before there was a screen porch here, there small addition with a shed roof.  We removed the existing shed roof, built a large attaching screen porch and over framed a new gable style roof that continues into the main house.  10 day project!  (Porch dimensions 16' x 22')

This porch was completed in 7 working days.  This is from existing deck demolition to installation of screen panels.  (Porch dimensions 10' x 16', side deck dimensions 10' x 10')

This porch faces a golf course fairway.  The property itself had strict zoning limitations.  We came up with a design to take full advantage of allowable space despite the tight regulations.  (Porch dimensions 12' x 16', side deck dimensions 5' x 5')
