~Premium decks~

This deck is the Pro-Built crown jewel.  Totaling 1,000 sq. ft., it features premium lumber, metal balusters, copper post caps and diamond lattice.  Each of the three levels has it's own herringbone decking design.  This project was totally finished in 4 days!

This deck design was dictated by a wooded natural area that borders the yard.  It is irregular in shape and defies the laws of symmetry (which functionality sometimes trumps).  It extends 30 feet out from the house and has all of our included upgrades.  The bench seats were an add-on option.  

This one turned out great!  The rails were painted with oil based paint and the decking was stained the color of the home owner's choice.  The lattice is white vinyl picture framed between the brick columns.

Our decks are distinct because we listen to what our customers want, then make it happen!

This deck is cantilevered, giving a floating effect on the outside edge.  It also has hexed corners to give it a different look than a square deck.

  Don't need a screened porch but still want some shade?  A Pergola may be your answer.  This project also features low voltage lighting hidden throughout the rail system.

This deck was a combination of the homeowners desires and our input.  It features a flared step system which is the most difficult thing to build on a deck.  We achieved it before anyone in this area!  One thing that keeps us ahead of other companies is our vision for conceptual design!

This one stands 12 feet in the air.  It has black post caps to match the metal balusters.  It also has an under deck light, flood lights that face out into the yard, and a receptacle at ground level mounted to a post.  These electrical features are examples of why we offer the most options around for decks and porches.

This large deck was built planning for a future screen porch.  Foresight is a big advantage when building a "phase" project like this.  When the screen porch is built, we can integrate it seamlessly into the deck with minimal demolition.

 The deck shown here includes the herringbone decking design, custom bench seats, copper post caps, low voltage lighting, metal balusters and the decking is screwed down.

This deck actually spans 18 feet off the house.  We were able to achieve this span with an old Pro-Built secret :)

The floor design shown here is the herringbone. We were able to double the design for a dramatic effect. This deck added much usable square footage for the homeowners.

 This deck design started with the homeowners input. We listened to their needs and desires. We gave our input and collaborated on a fully functional design. Things to take into consideration when designing a deck are walking patterns, space requirements, aesthetics, functionality and furniture.    This deck is designed to compliment the log cabin and connect one side of the house to the other. It just happens to overlook Lake Royale. What a great place to sit and watch the sunset!

This turned out to be a very charming deck. It is traditional in style, but the extra touches make it stand out. The handrails are routed, the rail posts are 6x6's, and premium decking is installed on a 45 degree angle.

 We built this deck in two days, including existing deck demolition and inspections. (In Cary no less)
