Raleigh Screen Porch Construction is our focus and we love what we do! We provide Raleigh and Cary homeowners with a new, premium screen porch, 3 season room or deck and an exciting building experience!
We will work with you to design a screen porch, 3 season room or deck that fits your specific desires with many options for your choosing. Some of our competitors are set up to force you towards a model because they are afraid to make a mistake by trying something new or different from what they normally do. They also may have run out of ideas or "things to tweak". We are so confident in our abilities and our projects are so well thought out, that we are not worried about making mistakes or limiting your options to make it easy on us. We are constantly coming up with new ideas and options to integrate into our projects to set us apart from the rest and give you a truly personalized experience. This makes every one of our projects different because they are tailored to the homeowner, even down to the colors and hardware! With many available options like Eze Breeze panels, different ceiling trim outs, flooring options, color schemes, etc., we can make your vision a reality.
We are the most efficient screen porch builder around the Raleigh area, averaging 30 projects per year with one expert carpentry crew. Most of our projects are finished in 11 - 13 days. See our facebook page to see our daily progress on current projects.
A picture is worth a thousand words. Take a few minutes to look through our recent projects, information and what makes us different. See what makes us the right choice for your screen porch or deck addition!
This screen porch project is one of our signature designs. The side deck is cantilevered to float two feet past the screen porch, giving extra room and a great look. This project perfectly ties in to the house in respect to paint color, materials, and roof tie-in. Notice the strong architectural look of the 6x6 posts. The ceiling is vaulted and includes finish grade bead board material, trimmed out with #1 grade trim boards into a grid design. The railing and lattice are painted to match the house color scheme. Metal balusters were used in place of wooden pickets, which are prone to warp and twist. The grilling deck railing and steps feature low voltage lighting, which adds a spectacular glow. Combine this with the rope lighting (shown below) at night for a screen porch to admire!

< Homeowner Review:
Nick and his team transformed the back of our house with a 200 sq.ft. screened porch and 200 sq.ft deck. They have all of the options you could want for an outside project and seamlessly integrate the addition into the existing house. The work that Nick's team does is several levels above others in the industry. We will certainly recover the value in this investment and enjoyed seeing the transformation in an amazing 2-weeks.
